Do you need a well-appointed conference room for a day or even just an hour or two? Our professionally appointed Conference Room may be reserved by simply calling HBC Office Center today! This Conference Room is contemporary and ready for business and accommodates 8 people. If you would like lunch or any other refreshment, merely ask the Center manager and we will be happy to cater it for you. We will also provide any office audio-visual device you require to insure that your meeting runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible. And remember, our on-site executive assistants are available to provide you with any administrative service you may require prior to, during or after your meeting. Use the "Calendar" navigation to find out what's available. Not an office or virtual client, not a problem. Simply reserve a Conference room by registering on the Front Page. Conference Rooms are also available after hours and on weekends.
Rates: Hourly Rate - $25 per hour - M-F, 8-5 pm (Minimum 1 hour); After hours and weekend Rate: $50.00 per hour (Minimum 3 hours)
